Monica is a senior associate on the investment team at M12, where she focuses on early-stage investments across the AI application and infrastructure layers.

Prior to M12, Monica worked at Eniac Ventures, a generalist seed stage fund based in NYC, where she invested in AI / ML, devtools, data / infra, and B2B SaaS companies. Having been an operator at a YC backed seed stage startup, as well as large enterprises (Jet.com / Walmart.com & Yahoo), Monica operates with a founder first mentality and is committed to leveraging her platform to help founders build enduring companies.

Monica studied Anthropology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and obtained her Masters in Visual Arts Administration from NYU. Outside of work, she loves learning languages (currently working on Italian), traveling, and frequenting museums. Monica grew up in the Bay Area, then moved to Asia when she was ten (Taipei, Shanghai, and Hong Kong).
