Marion is a senior portfolio development manager at M12, covering investments in vertical SaaS and AI.

Prior to joining M12, Marion spent 8 years in various business development and product marketing roles at Amazon across conversational AI and mobile teams. Most recently, she led a team of sales executives recruiting consumer brands for a premium growth program on Amazon.com. Previously, she ran portfolio success for the Alexa Fund, Amazon’s corporate VC fund fueling voice technology and AI.

Outside of the office, Marion gives back to the startup community as the President of the High-Tech & Innovation Committee with the French-American Chamber of Commerce of the Pacific Northwest, a founding member for Day 1 Alumni, a community for former Amazonians, and a Venture Partner for the Purpose Built venture studio.

Marion holds an MBA with a specialization in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of Alberta in Canada and a Masters in Business Management from EDHEC Business School in France.

She lives in the Seattle area with her husband and two kids. Marion enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and raising her bilingual children.
