Prior to M12, Tony worked at Microsoft as a vendor and supported an executive in the BAP Design Studio (formerly Digital Transformation Studio) in the C+AI engineering organization. While there, he was a member of the BAP StudioOps team, a concierge hub that supported more than 475 staff.
