Tina McNulty is M12’s Head of Portfolio Marketing and Events.
In this role, Tina leads portfolio marketing, events, and works closely with the firm to optimize the growth of its portfolio through marketing and other customer acquisition strategies and tactics.
Most recently, Tina was Head of Business and Strategy for Microsoft’s C+AI organization on the Process Insights business. She was responsible for rhythm of business including OKRs, budget, hiring, team health and growth. She also helped lead the multi-million-dollar acquisition of Minit and its integration into Microsoft.
Prior to Microsoft, Tina was the chief people and communications officer for Figure where she led transformational strategies in HR and PR that helped the company secure $200M in funding at a $3.2B valuation.
Previously, Tina was head of marketing and communications at Comcast Ventures where she led all brand marketing and served as an operational advisor to 100 portfolio companies. Through successful marketing strategies, she helped grow the fund to a top 5 corporate VC. Throughout her career, Tina held senior-level communications and marketing roles at Chegg, Expa, Match.com, Publicis and WE.
She attended Portland State University for a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She lives in Portland with her husband and two young children.
