Dominique is a senior portfolio development manager at M12 and supports the fund’s cloud infrastructure and DevOps portfolio companies, including those in the M12 GitHub Fund.

Dominique joined M12 from the Developer Division at Microsoft where she drove .NET releases and compliance efforts. Prior to Microsoft, Dominique was an analyst at Gartner focused on Tech Product Marketing and advising CXOs on messaging, influencer engagement, and storytelling strategies. Previously, Dominique was in the Corporate Communications division at Microsoft focused on driving analyst relations for Azure Compute.

Prior to Microsoft, Dominique worked at KeyBanc Capital Markets on its Mosaic team building up a C-level cloud and developer-focused executive network. She started her career in the market research space, working at Forrester Research advising companies on developer culture and inclusion efforts in tech.

Dominique holds a Masters in Nonprofit Business Management from Northeastern University, a Bachelor of Arts in Photojournalism, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Philosophy from Hartwick College.
