Carli is on the investment team at M12 focused on early-stage deal execution and thesis development.

Carli sourced M12’s investments in Private AI and Modl.AI, where she now serves as a board observer. She’s worked on deals across thesis areas including Gaming, Web3, vertical SaaS, and generative AI.

Carli joined M12 from Microsoft’s business development organization where she worked on partnerships for the consumer productivity and search businesses. Prior to Microsoft, Carli helped launch multiple startups before working at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
