Tracy Liu is a Senior Associate on the investment team at M12, where she focuses on early‑stage investments across the AI application and infrastructure stack.

Prior to M12, Tracy worked at WestCap, a growth‑stage investment firm focused on FinTech and enterprise software. She also brings operator experience from Gem Software, where she worked on AI‑driven recruiting products. This combination of investing and operating experience allows her to partner closely with founders to help turn technical ideas into scalable, durable businesses.

Tracy graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Chicago, where she studied Economics and Visual Arts. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, figure skating, painting, and vibe coding.
