About me

Stella is a business program manager at M12 where she assists with operations, implements internal processes, and oversees compliance adherence.

Before joining M12, Stella held several business operations roles across Microsoft; she served as the liaison to the Microsoft board of directors and the senior business administrator to the executive vice president of business development.

Prior to her career in technology, She held diverse roles across finance, healthcare, and education. She worked at the University of Washington Medical Center and the FDIC, developing strategic solutions across multiple organizations.

Stella holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Phoenix. She is a certified OKR coach with expertise in alignment and measurement. Outside the office, Stella enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
