Puneet is a Senior Portfolio Development Manager at M12, covering investments in AI apps and next-generation large language model systems. Prior to joining M12, Puneet held operating roles across venture-backed startups and large-scale technology platforms including Amazon, Redfin, and T-Mobile. He has built and scaled new businesses across AI, marketplaces, and digital infrastructure. At Amazon, he led initiatives across voice AI, hardware, and cloud-based POS systems, negotiating complex partnerships and API integrations. At Redfin, he led the acquisition and post-merger integration of Walk Score and helped launch Redfin 3D Home Tours through a strategic partnership with Matterport.

Puneet holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University, and a BS with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Babson College.

He is based in the Seattle area and loves watching professional tennis, discovering great açaí bowls, and finding the city’s best taco trucks.
