Chinedu is on the investment team at M12, and is responsible for deal sourcing & execution, trend analysis, thesis development, and opportunity analysis to influence investment activities.

Chinedu joined M12 from Credit Suisse where he was an Analyst in the Global Industrials Investment Banking and Capital Markets team, focused on industrial technology companies.

Chinedu helped advise Aptiv (NYSE:APTV) in the M&A process with Stradvision, United’s (NASDAQ: UAL) $1.1bn EETC debt financing and InoBat’s private placement.

Prior to Credit Suisse, Chinedu helped build financial and operational systems for emerging market startups.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a Data Analytics Masters degree from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign.
