Carli is a senior associate on the investment team at M12, where she focuses on early-stage investments in AI applications and AI infrastructure. She is a key contributor to M12’s deal flow and AI thesis development in areas such as AI agents and small models.

Among others, Carli sourced M12’s investments in Fastino, Unsloth AI, Nixtla, and Private AI. She’s contributed to M12 investments ranging from enterprise AI applications Typeface AI and Armada to consumer AI startups Volley and Kooply. She currently sits as a board observer at Modl AI.

Carli joined M12 from Microsoft’s business development organization where she worked on partnerships for the consumer productivity and search businesses. Prior to Microsoft, Carli helped launch multiple startups before working at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
