It’s my pleasure to welcome Ahmed Deyab to M12 as a venture fellow on the investment team.
Based in London, Ahmed will focus on deals in the UK as well as opportunities across Europe. He joins our team from Atomico, where he worked as an investor focused on enterprise SaaS and working on the State of European Tech 2021 report.
Ahmed brings extensive entrepreneurial experience to his role as the co-founder of Offcampus Students, a platform to simplify the process of finding flatmates and accommodations for university students. He also co-founded a digital marketing agency through Instagram with 500k+ followers that has helped clients like Apple Music and Uber successfully execute ad campaigns. Ahmed has previously worked as a Barclays markets analyst and a private equity analyst with Dyal Capital Partners. He holds a First Class BEng in mechanical engineering from Queen Mary University of London and a MSc in advanced computational methods for aeronautics from Imperial College London.
In 2020, Ahmed was one of 48 fellows globally selected by Included VC, a one-year VC MBA program aimed at increasing diversity in the industry. M12 is a proud supporter of Included VC, and we’re thrilled that the organization helped us identify an incredible talent in Ahmed.
