It is my pleasure to welcome Irad Dor as our newest partner at M12, Microsoft’s venture fund. Based in Tel Aviv, Irad will focus on early-stage investments in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise software in Israel and the broader EMEA region.

Irad brings great experience as a former venture partner with Eight Roads Ventures, where he led investments in Israeli companies including FireBlocks, Gloat, and ScyllaDB. Prior to Eight Roads, Irad was a director at Singtel Innov8, and invested in prominent cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure startups. Irad built Singtel’s innovation center from the ground up and developed the organization’s open innovation activities in Israel and throughout Europe.
Prior to his time as an investor and ecosystem leader, Irad held several C-level and product roles at companies including P-Cube, NeuStar, and Cisco. He is a graduate of both the Israeli Defense Forces’ 8200 Unit and the Army Intelligence Technological Unit. Irad earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in electronic engineering and computer science, and an MBA from London Business School.
