Cooper is a Business Program Manager at M12, where he drives operational efficiency by developing internal tools, managing M12’s CRM and supporting systems, and building dashboards and automations that streamline reporting and portfolio insights.

Prior to M12, Cooper held program management roles across Microsoft’s U.S. subsidiary, supporting executive engagement, partner strategy, and DEI initiatives. He has scaled partner satisfaction programs and developed operational tools that have been widely adopted across Microsoft.

Cooper brings a data-driven mindset to venture operations, with a focus on building tools that support decision-making and operational clarity.

He is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
