Phil is a manager on the Market Development team at M12, cultivating relationships with VCs and their portfolio companies on behalf of M12. Prior to M12, Phil worked in business development at Microsoft on both consumer and enterprise teams. He drove go-to-market and partnership strategy for the launch of Microsoft’s new consumer subscription, M365 Life, then worked on strategic partnerships for the M365 Enterprise group, while also managing their startup partnership program. Phil also brings experience from the startup world. He spent two years at Plause, an early-stage HR analytics startup, landing their first enterprise customers and helping secure their Series A. He also worked at Copper CRM as one of the first members of their sales team. Phil graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Physiology from SMU.
