Ilana Berger

Ilana is a business manager headquartered in Israel. In this capacity, she implements business plans and runs operations for M12 EMEA.

Before joining M12, Ilana spent two years working in the Israeli VC ecosystem, working closely with the founder and chairman of Jerusalem Venture Partners.

Prior to that, she was supporting various Israeli public figures, including the President of Israel, Reuven Rivlin and former Mayor of Jerusalem and Member of Parliament, Nir Barkat.

Ilana holds a degree in communications and journalism with a focus on writing from the Hebrew University as well as an MBA from Ben Gurion University.
