About me

Christine is a venture fellow at M12. She received her Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of California, San Diego.
After college, Christine worked at Cisco as a software engineer primarily focused on frontend development, helping to build new user experiences for the WebEx Admin Portal. There, she also volunteered through Citizen Schools teaching Scratch to middle school students in the The Bay. Christine also co-created the Adopt-an-Engineer program with two local teachers to get students interested in pursuing STEAM degrees in the future. She then went to work at VMware, again focusing on frontend development and helping to create a dark theme for vSphere to improve accessibility options for customers.
Christine is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Washington Foster School of Business. At Foster, she has continued her work in diversity, equity, and inclusion by creating mentoring circles for students of color as well as the Buddy Program to connect diverse prospective students to current ones. She is also a William H. Gates Sr. Fellow in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and worked alongside the Technology Alliance and other education officials to create a report on Washington state’s response to COVID and the impact it had on K-12 students. In her free time, she enjoys baking, cooking, running or playing volleyball.
